I’m reaching out today to provide you with an option that will help you with the outstanding fees owed for services we’ve already completed.

We have recently updated our billing system so that we can be more efficient and spend more time on the work that matters; assisting you. This billing system makes it easy to set up a payment plan so that you can pay down your overdue fees on a monthly basis. We’d like to offer this option to you in an effort to limit the impact on your cash flow.

In the next couple of weeks, you’ll receive an email from us, via our new billing software. The software is an online proposal and billing system that provides a clear contract that you digitally sign, and allows you to arrange ongoing payments automatically through a secure payment portal.

 

Be on the lookout for an email in your inbox with the subject, “{INSERT PRACTICE NAME} has sent you a new proposal”. There will be a link to your proposal which will look similar to this:

All you will need to do is:

 

1.  Review the summary, payment schedule and engagement letter terms. 

If you have questions just add a comment using the Conversation tool. 

 

2. Update your payment details securely

The software has bank-level security and encryption, meaning we will never see your payment information.

 

3. Accept.

Check the box 'Accept the above terms', digitally sign and hit the 'Accept Proposal' button. You’ll receive your own signed copy immediately.
